Local pick-up protocol

Orders are available for pick up every Sunday from 12pm-6pm at our Vancouver studio.

Please DM us with your order number and preferred pick up time on our Instagram.

Return/Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

However, we do provide refunds on returns for damaged/defective items within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping & Processing

Generally, we process orders every Sunday. That said, please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing/shipping and up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on destination.

Note: If you provided an incorrect address or weren't available during delivery, you will need to cover any redelivery fees via invoice. However, if the error was made on our end, we will handle all fees.

Order tracking

Once your item has shipped, you can find your tracking number within the fulfillment email. If you have not received an email, please check your junk/spam folders.

Shipping Options

ChitChats Canada (Residential) - For any packages being shipped to a home or business building.
ChitChats Canada (PO box/Rural) - For any PO box owners and orders being shipped to rural areas.

ChitChats USA - All orders being shipped to any address in the USA.

ChitChats UK/AU - All orders being shipped to any address in the UK or AU.

ChitChats International - For all orders being shipped outside of the countries mentioned in the previous shipping options.
